All items are sold as-is and are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Pickup Date: Thursday, July 30th, 2026

Important: July 30th is the only scheduled pickup day for this liquidation sale.

Location: 363 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Suite 640, Houston, TX 77060

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your pickup time, location, and additional instructions.

Please plan accordingly:

Bring your own moving equipment, packing materials, and assistance if needed.
K Designs is not responsible for loading or transporting purchased items.
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for items that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date.

If you prefer to shop in person, you’re welcome to attend our open shopping hours.

10:00 AM-4:00 PM, 6:00 PM– 8:00 PM

Guests may browse and purchase any available items during this time while inventory lasts.

Please Note

Pre-purchased items will be reserved for the original purchaser and will not be available for walk-in shoppers.
Inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are interested in a specific item, we strongly encourage purchasing it in advance, as it may sell out before the in-person shopping event.
