I’m Kalia Dumas.
I’m a founder, business operator, mentor, creative, and community builder who believes some of the best solutions begin with getting clear about what’s actually in front of us.

My approach combines faith, strategy, lived experience, and practical problem-solving. I’ve spent years building businesses, serving people, developing ideas, navigating change, and helping others move from uncertainty toward something they can actually act on.

But I don't believe every problem needs a complicated solution.

Sometimes you need someone who can listen closely, ask the right questions, recognize what you may be too close to see, and help you determine your next move.
