Strategic Advisory Booking & Client Policies
Effective Date: August 20, 2026

Our Strategic Advisory experience is built on mutual respect, integrity, preparation, and partnership. When you reserve a session, dedicated time is set aside specifically for you. These policies help protect that commitment while allowing reasonable flexibility when life genuinely requires it.

By booking and paying for a Strategic Advisory session, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
1. Payment & Reservation

Payment is required to reserve a Strategic Advisory session.

Your session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation of your scheduled appointment.

Payment reserves dedicated time for your session and the preparation associated with your engagement.
2. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules occasionally change.
Requests to reschedule must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
With appropriate notice, your payment may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment without an additional session fee.
The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original appointment, subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests require a new booking and payment.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are considered late cancellations.

Because that time has been specifically reserved and may no longer be reasonably available to another client, the full session payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A new payment will be required to schedule another session.

4. Cancellations With Proper Notice

Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled according to the policy above.

24-Hour Booking Grace Period: A cancellation requested within 24 hours of the original booking may be eligible for a full refund, provided the scheduled session is more than 48 hours away at the time of cancellation.

The 24-hour grace period does not override the late-cancellation policy. If a session is scheduled to occur within 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable.

After 24 hours of purchase and more than 48 hours before your appointment: You may choose either a 50% refund or one complimentary reschedule with written approval. Approval is not automatic and will be considered based on the circumstances of the cancellation and continued fit for the Strategic Advisory process. If approved, the rescheduled appointment must occur within 30 days of the original appointment and is subject to availability.

Choosing to request a reschedule does not guarantee approval. If a reschedule request is declined, the client remains eligible for the applicable 50% refund under this policy.

Within 48 hours of your appointment: The session is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full session payment is forfeited.

If the complimentary reschedule is selected, the payment becomes non-refundable. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment.

Any refund owed will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, and the full session payment is forfeited.

Any applicable processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be non-refundable.
5. Late Arrival

Please arrive prepared and on time.
A client arriving late does not automatically receive additional time. Sessions will ordinarily end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, the appointment will be considered a no-show, the session will end, and the full session payment will be forfeited.

6. No-Shows & Future Booking Eligibility

A no-show represents more than a missed appointment. Strategic Advisory is built around active partnership, mutual commitment, and respect for the time intentionally reserved for our work together.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session, including clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, will not automatically be eligible to book future Strategic Advisory sessions or participate in future invitation-based opportunities. If you are enrolled in a special program or course and you may be placed on a probationary period and considered for suspension if you receive more than 1 warning.
We recognize that genuine emergencies occur.

If your absence or significant delay resulted from an emergency or extraordinary circumstance outside of your reasonable control, you may submit a written request for reconsideration with reasonable supporting documentation.

Documentation must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the originally scheduled session.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval. Each situation will be reviewed reasonably and individually.

If an exception is granted, we will communicate whether the original payment may be transferred or whether a new session payment is required.

7. Commitment to Partnership

The environment we are creating matters.

Strategic Advisory works best when both advisor and client arrive prepared, present, and committed to the work. Reserving a session communicates an intention to participate—not simply a hold on calendar space.

For that reason, patterns of late arrival, repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, failure to participate, inappropriate conduct, or disregard for established boundaries may affect eligibility for future services, programs, private rooms, challenges, VIP experiences, or invitation-based opportunities.

This standard is not intended as punishment. It protects an environment where both parties can invest their time and attention with integrity.

8. Advisor Cancellation or Rescheduling

Mutual accountability matters.

If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

You will have the option to transfer your full payment to an available replacement appointment, receive a 10% refund for a rescheduled appointment, or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected cancelled session.

You will not be penalized for a schedule change initiated by us.

9. Scope of Strategic Advisory

Strategic Advisory provides educational guidance, strategic recommendations, perspective, and bible-based guidance based on the information you provide.

Depending on the engagement, conversations may address business strategy, leadership, personal evolution, discipleship, decision-making, relationships, purpose, or related areas of growth.

Strategic Advisory is not therapy or mental-health treatment and does not constitute legal, medical, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

When a matter falls outside the appropriate scope of Strategic Advisory, you may be encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

10. Faith-Based Nature of Services

Strategic Advisory is offered from a Bible Based worldview.

Sessions will incorporate Biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, spiritual reflection, and conversations concerning faith and purpose.

By choosing this service, you acknowledge and understand its Christ-centered foundation.
11. Client Responsibility & Results

Strategic Advisory is collaborative.

Recommendations, strategies, observations, resources, or discussions are provided to help you evaluate your circumstances and potential next steps. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, business activities, relationships, and personal choices.

No particular business, financial, personal, relational, professional, or spiritual outcome is promised or guaranteed.

12. Confidentiality

We value discretion and will make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of information shared during your engagement.

However, Strategic Advisory should not be understood as creating the legally privileged confidentiality that may exist between a client and certain licensed professionals, such as an attorney or therapist.

Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address safety, fraud, abuse, threats, or other serious circumstances.

Clients are likewise expected to respect the privacy of proprietary materials, private conversations, community members, and information encountered through invitation-based experiences.

13. Recording

Sessions may not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, live-streamed, transcribed by automated services, or otherwise captured without prior written permission.

If recording is authorized, the permitted use of that recording will be communicated before recording begins.
14. Intellectual Property

Frameworks, worksheets, presentations, documents, processes, resources, exercises, recordings, and other original materials provided through Strategic Advisory are intended for the client's personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated in writing.

They may not be reproduced, sold, published, distributed, taught, sub-licensed, or presented as the client's own intellectual property without written permission.

15. Communication Outside of Sessions

Booking a Strategic Advisory session does not include unlimited access, ongoing consulting, emergency support, or continuous communication outside of the scheduled engagement unless those services are specifically included in your purchased offer.
Additional support may require another session or engagement.

16. Future Services & Invitations

Completing a Strategic Advisory session does not guarantee admission to another service, program, challenge, VIP experience, private room, community, partnership, or future opportunity.

Some opportunities are offered by invitation and may have separate participation requirements.
Where participation in a challenge at the VIP level is required for consideration for a particular private-room experience, that requirement will be communicated separately.

Payment for or participation in one service does not guarantee an invitation to another.
17. Respectful Participation

We reserve the right to end or decline an engagement when conduct becomes threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, intentionally disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise incompatible with a safe and productive advisory environment.

When appropriate, eligibility for future services may also be discontinued.

18. Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these policies and agree to the terms applicable to your Strategic Advisory engagement.
